Founded in 2021, Cross Community Service Center (CCSC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Philadelphia. Established by educators and Ph.D. professionals with backgrounds in STEM education and pedagogy, CCSC is dedicated to empowering students and educators through K–12 STEM programs, adult career development programs, educator training, and staffing support. Through innovative educational initiatives, cross-cultural community engagement, and accessible learning opportunities, our mission is to bridge education, mentorship, and community resources to help individuals thrive academically, professionally, and socially.

In 2022, CCSC started partnership with Chinese Community Learning Center for student support service. In 2024, CCSC opened its community education space at 130 S 45th St., Philadelphia, PA 19104. In 2025, CCSC established a partnership with the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering to provide low-cost computer science courses for elementary and middle school students. In the same year, CCSC partnered with K-12 schools in Philadelphia to provide computer science and robotics instructors for middle and high school students. In 2026, CCSC further expanded its community outreach through a partnership with Philadelphia Praise Center, with the goal of serving more students and families through STEM education initiatives in South Philadelphia.

Today, CCSC continues to grow as a cross-community educational platform that connects schools, educators, families, and industry professionals to create accessible, future-focused learning opportunities for diverse communities.
